Kos

Kos is the Dodecanese's easy-access kite island: a long, flat north coast at Marmari and Mastichari catches the summer meltemi side-shore over sandy, waist-deep water, making it one of the friendliest progression spots in Greece. A short hop from the airport, plenty of schools and family-friendly resorts, and the option of flat-water day trips across to the Kohilari peninsula keep all levels busy.
